CLA is currently seeking a Data Analytics Director to join our team in our Digital Solutions practice. This role oversees a team working with data to answer questions from clients and create dashboards. They utilize tools like the Microsoft Power Platform or scripting languages to clean up data in reports and dashboards, automate processes, and resolve clients' pain points related to data access. They have the autonomy to devise solutions, lead a team, and engage in new business development.

How you’ll create opportunities in this role:

  • Data Analysis: Lead external and internal projects involving the collection and analysis of data using a variety of data tools. Oversee the building and implementing of models using algorithms and running simulations. Assess the effectiveness and digital readiness of client systems. Assess the accuracy of new data sources and data gathering techniques.
  • Data Development: Lead a team developing custom apps, workflows, data models, and algorithms to apply to data sets. Develop predictive analytics, machine learning, and artificial intelligence techniques. Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyze solution performance and accuracy.      
  • Leadership/Mentorship: Supervise a team, delegating and reviewing their work for accuracy and completeness. May act as Peer Advisor and/or Career Coach to assist other family members in building their inspired careers.
  • Seamless Client Service: Leverage a comprehensive understanding of CLA's range of services to provide clients with integrated and seamless service offerings and make recommendations for business development.

What you will need:

  • 7 years of relevant experience required.
  • Bachelor's degree is required. Combination of relevant experience, education, and training may be accepted in lieu of degree.
    • Field of Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or Data Science is preferred.

The compensation range for this position in Minnesota is: $116,200 - $199,000
