What You’ll Take On :
- Translate business problems into data-driven solutions using statistical and analytical techniques.
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and data models to support decision-making.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis into the data to support strategic projects, new initiatives, and process improvements.
- Lead the identification of issues and incidents, conduct business impact analysis, and engage with the wider team for resolution
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data used for analysis and reporting.
What You Bring :
- At least 2+years of work experience post completion of college degree is a must. This role is not open to individuals with only internship work experience.
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills, with 3+ years of SQL proficiency.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Experience with BI/analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Python) is nice to have.
- Experience working with large datasets and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus.
