About the role

We are looking for a Data Analyst / Senior Data Analyst in Taiwan to join our Enterprise Solution team.

In this role, you will serve as the strategic bridge between our product applications, client data, and evolving business requirements. You are the vital link connecting our Product, Customer Success, and Sales teams. Your primary objective is to architect business solutions and successfully implement them using existing products, while simultaneously translating client feedback into actionable requirements for the Product team to drive continuous innovation.

To excel in this role, you must develop an in-depth understanding of our products from technical development and service operations to sales strategy. You should possess exceptional communication skills to navigate complex client relationships and internal cross-functional collaborations.

Responsibilities

  • Requirement Advocacy: Gather and communicate new requirements and feedback from customers to the Product team to support continuous feature improvement and product-market fit.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product Managers (PM), Customer Success Managers (CSM), and Engineers to identify business pain points and provide actionable analytical suggestions.
  • Data Modeling & Analysis: Utilize SQL and Python to extract data from massive databases, conduct Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA), and build models to analyze business needs and predict user behavior.
  • Visualization & Reporting: Design and develop automated dashboards (e.g., Tableau or Looker) to provide intuitive, real-time monitoring and insightful data reports.
  • A/B Testing: Design, execute, and analyze experiments to scientifically evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies and campaign performance.
  • Data Governance: Maintain data accuracy and integrity, ensuring that metrics produced by data pipelines align strictly with business logic and customer requirements.

About you

  • Education: Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Management or a related quantitative field.
  • Experience: 2+ years of industry experience in data analytics or a related field.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficient in SQL, Python 
    • Practical experience in developing dashboards using Tableau, Looker, or similar tools.
  • Core Competencies:
    • Solid foundation in statistics and strong logical reasoning for problem-solving.
    • Ability to extract meaningful insights from data and translate technical findings into business language for non-technical stakeholders.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Mandarin.
    • High level of self-discipline and adaptability within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

[Preferred qualifications]

  • Experience in the Digital Marketing (MarTech) industry.
  • Familiarity with Google BigQuery, Mongo DB
  • Foundational knowledge or hands-on experience in Machine Learning (ML).
  • Experience in Agent development or AI-driven workflows.
  • Prior experience working in an English-speaking professional environment with cross-border teams.
