Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to transform data into insights that support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate has 35 years of BI experience, strong analytical skills, and a proven ability to work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality dashboards, reports, and data models.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
  • Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel, VBA and macros
  • Build automated reporting solutions that support business functions across the organization.

Performance Measurement

  • Design KPIs, tracking metrics, and performance frameworks to evaluate business initiatives.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support strategic projects and operational decisions.

Required Qualifications

  • 2-6 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, or related roles.
  • Strong expertise in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Experience working with large and complex datasets.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Strong with Advanced Excel, VBA, Macros
