Location- Bangalore/ Hyderabad (In Office).

About the Data Analyst:
A Data Analyst plays a key role in transforming data into actionable insights that inform strategic decisions across teams such as Product, Marketing, Revenue, and Customer Experience. This role focuses on understanding user behavior, measuring performance, and enabling data-driven decision-making.

 

What will you do?

  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights
  • Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and manipulate data
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports using visualization tools (Tableau, Salesforce, Power Bi).
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Revenue teams
  • Translate complex analyses into clear business recommendations
  • Maintain recurring reporting in SFDC, Tableau, Power BI
  • Ensure high level of accuracy and quality in all produced work
  • Perform ad-hoc analyses to aid in business decisions
     

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales, business, marketing, statistics, computer science, or mathematics-related fields
  • Experience working in a data or technology-focused position, with preference given to database or reporting jobs
  • Knowledge of CRM tools such as Salesforce, including report creation and management
  • Proficient in SQL
  • An expert in Google Sheets by creating reporting visuals, queries, and tables
  • Experience building dashboards, tables, and graphs in reporting tools
  • Ability to interpret and speak to data and analytics
  • Must have efficient time management skills, be organized, and customer service oriented
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, especially in technical information to non-technical savvy people
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to sit for prolonged periods of time in front of a computer
