Fabletics is currently looking for a Data Analyst II – Wholesale & International
How do you fit in?
As the Data Analyst II – Wholesale & International, you will play a critical role in building and scaling how we collect, manage, and analyze data across our international partner network and wholesale business.
This role will own the intake, validation, and standardization of in-market partner data across 13+ global partners, while also supporting reporting and analysis across distributors and wholesale channels. You will combine third-party partner data with internal (DTC) datasets to deliver comprehensive sales reporting and actionable insights across the wholesale and international business.
You will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to support business decision-making, while collaborating with data engineering and analytics teams to improve data pipelines, dashboards, and reporting infrastructure. You will also proactively explore new tools, including AI-driven solutions, to enhance data workflows and insight generation.
This position is part of the Data Analytics team and supports key initiatives across Wholesale and International.
This position will report to the Director, Data Analytics.
What can you bring:
2+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field
Strong SQL proficiency, including experience working with large datasets and supporting basic data modeling
Experience building dashboards and reporting tools using Tableau or similar platforms
Working knowledge of data warehousing, ETL/ELT processes, and familiarity with Snowflake or similar systems
Experience working with both first-party and third-party datasets, including reconciling inconsistencies
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to structure data and translate it into actionable insights
Experience collaborating cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and integrity.
Ability to troubleshoot upstream/downstream data issues and trace data lineage across systems
Strong curiosity and a proactive mindset toward leveraging AI tools and technologies to improve workflows, data processing, and insight generation
Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools, technologies, and data environments
Comfort with working in evolving tech stacks and navigating ambiguity while ramping up on unfamiliar systems
Strong problem-solving skills with a growth mindset and eagerness to continuously upskill
Ideal candidate brings foundational AI literacy, including experience using generative AI tools, and a proactive mindset to experiment with new technologies to drive productivity and innovation.
Preferred:
Experience in retail, e-commerce, or consumer goods
Familiarity with POS, sell-through, and wholesale/distributor data
Experience working with wholesale, partner-driven, and/or DTC business models
Exposure to international or multi-market business environments
Experience partnering with data engineering to define data models, schema design, and transformation logic
Exposure to modern data tools or willingness to rapidly learn new platforms
What you will do:
Own and continuously improve the intake, validation, and standardization of international partner and wholesale data across all markets
Build and scale processes for collecting, organizing, and maintaining third-party data submissions
Sanitize and reconcile partner-reported data, identifying discrepancies and driving resolution of data quality issues
Combine third-party data with internal datasets to create comprehensive sales and performance reporting across wholesale and international channels
Support reporting and analysis across broader wholesale channels, including distributors and partner accounts
Support the development and ongoing maintenance of a centralized pricing data framework, improving visibility and consistency across markets, showrooms, and product lifecycles
Write SQL queries and support data modeling to transform raw data into structured, usable datasets
Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards that provide clear visibility into wholesale and international business performance
Partner with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver actionable insights that inform decision-making
Contribute to efforts to consolidate product and inventory data across systems (e.g., Centric, BlueCherry, partner data), helping define requirements for a more unified data structure
Identify gaps and inconsistencies across data sources and work with data engineering and business teams to improve data integrity, accessibility, and usability
Deliver analysis and reporting that supports business reviews and contributes to executive-level discussions
Collaborate with data engineering teams to improve data pipelines, infrastructure, and automation of reporting processes
Provide input into analytics and data project prioritization by representing wholesale and international business needs in sprint planning discussions
Identify opportunities to improve data quality, reporting efficiency, and overall insight generation across the wholesale and international business
Explore and implement opportunities to leverage AI and automation tools to enhance data workflows, reporting processes, and analytical output
Where we are:
This role is based in our El Segundo HQ. Candidates must currently reside in the Los Angeles area and be within commuting distance. We are not considering remote or relocation candidates at this time.

The annual base salary range for this position is from $95,000-$115,000. The range provided includes the base salary that Fabletics expects to pay for the role. Offered base salary will be dependent on factors including the scope and complexity of the role, candidate’s related work experience, subject matter expertise and work location.
