Job Description

We are seeking a data-driven Digital Transformation Analyst to bridge the gap between technical data and strategic growth. In this role, you will be the primary architect of our data storytelling, utilizing SQL and Power BI/Google Looker Studio to track and optimize the the transactions in Stores and digital channels.

You will play a critical role in analyzing the Stores Data and Digital Channels such as the Globe Online Shop journey, forecasting digital adoption rates, and measuring the financial impact of channel shifts on ARPU. From monitoring retail store productivity to deep-diving into B2B-to-Consumer acquisition and loading behaviors, your insights will directly influence how we acquire, retain, and migrate subscribers across our digital platforms.

The ideal candidate is someone who can look beyond the numbers to identify the behavioral drivers of our consumers, ensuring our digital monitoring frameworks (Prepaid/Postpaid) are both accurate and actionable.

Technical Requirements

  • SQL Proficiency: Advanced ability to query complex databases, join disparate data sources (B2B and Consumer), and perform deep-dive behavioral analysis.

  • Data Visualization: Expert-level experience in Power BI or Google Looker Studio to build automated dashboards, including funnel views, geospatial area comparisons, and operational KPI trackers.

Core Responsibilities & Experience

  • Digital Ecosystem Monitoring: * Track and analyze Prepaid/Postpaid digital loading behavior and acquisition sources.

    • Monitor "Offline to Online" (O2O) migration, assessing how physical store assistance drives long-term digital app adoption.

  • Strategic Consumer Insights: * Conduct Digital Wallet Share studies to identify drivers of digital adoption and forecast future shift rates.

    • Analyze the impact of channel migration on Average Revenue Per User (ARPU).

    • Perform drill-down analysis on high-loader profiles and B2B-to-Consumer loading channels.

  • Operational Performance Tracking:

    • Manage and optimize dashboards for retail store health, focusing on Foot Traffic, CXA Productivity, and AHT/AWT metrics.

    • Oversee lead conversion tracking and funnel performance for GOL/GOR and campaign workstreams.

  • Behavioral Impact Studies: * Execute "Pre vs. Post" analysis on subscriber behavior to measure the effectiveness of assisted top-ups and bills payment interventions.

    • Evaluate habituation trends to see if users maintain digital transaction habits in succeeding months.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Industry Familiarity: Previous exposure to Telecommunications, Fintech, or fast-paced digital service environments is a plus, but not required.

  • Analytical Mindset: A natural ability to connect dots between raw data points and real-world consumer behavior to suggest practical business improvements.

  • Channel Awareness: Helpful to have an understanding of how customers move through different sales or renewal funnels, especially across multi-channel platforms.

  • Adaptability: Comfortable working with evolving data sets and pivoting between high-level strategic studies and detailed operational reporting.
