Job Description:

  • This role is specialized in Less-abled /Disabled person who are holding on to handbook of disabled (Shogaisha-Techou) issued by Japan government.

  • This is a contract-based position, 1 year, and is renewable, with possibilities of conversion to fulltime depending on your individual performance and conditions of the business.

  • Develop scripting to enable data analysis of upstream processing parameters and integrating with downstream processes to identify potential integrative quality and performance concerns.

  • Develop data acquisitions, database management and design requirements to enable seamless data extraction and data analysis capabilities and linkage with partner manufacturing companies across the globe.

  • Develop substrate in process parameter monitoring templates working with various organization.

  • Enable template development automation, infrastructure, protocols for future platforms using programming.

  • Develop dashboards for better visualization for critical indicators, develop real time project trackers, develop IT solutions to optimize manual workload.

  • Explore and apply foundational AI/ML techniques to process substrate and assembly and test manufacturing data to improve pattern detection, automate routine analyses, and support data driven decision making.

Qualifications:

Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

  • Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science with 7 years or more of working experience.

  • Experience with programming including SQL, Python, R, Power BI, scripting. Knowledge of database and database design and management.

  • Foundational understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, with hands on experience using basic analytical models, Python libraries, and data driven problem solving techniques to support process optimization and manufacturing analytics.

  • Demonstrate ability to collaborate with various stakeholders and partners while able to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Demonstrate ability to effectively communicate in written and verbally in English.
