WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT FOR US:
The Analytics, AI & Data (AAID) team sources, manages, and analyses data to better understand the behavior and the needs of our customers. We use multiple systems & tools, like Salesforce and Power BI, to generate insights for management, sales, and the commercial organization.
We are seeking a Data Analyst who will support us in using internal business data to generate meaningful insights for various stakeholders within the organization. You will build reports and dashboards using Microsoft Power BI, Excel, and other tools, and conduct ad-hoc analyses. The individual selected for this position will bring knowledge and experience in business analysis along with skills in generating and managing reports/dashboards in Power BI. A curious, methodical, and open mindset will certainly help in being in this position. You will work in a new agile team, together with smart and fun to work with colleagues. You will get the opportunity to try out innovative ideas and methods and contribute to building-up a new data analytics function.
WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards, using Microsoft Power BI, Excel and other tools
- Review and manage business and customer data
- Conduct business/commercial analyses to generate insights for internal stakeholders in sales and management
- Have regular exchanges with stakeholders on reporting/dashboarding requirements
- Collaborate with data engineers on data structure and business data quality management
- Translate reporting and analytics output into insights and report to business stakeholders
- Define and help build automation processes in reporting & dashboarding
- Contribute to overall knowledge generation within AAID team

- University degree in Business, Economics, or Statistics
- Relevant work experience in Data Analysis, Reporting, Dashboarding
- Knowledge and experience in Microsoft Power BI and Excel
- Understanding of the relational database architecture
- Knowledge of SQL or Python
- Experience in using Microsoft Fabric
- Methodological approach
- Highly motivated and eager to gain new skills
- A collaborative spirit complemented by a good sense of humor
