Summary

A business analyst based in Poland, dedicated to data analysis across WEU.

What will you be doing?

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize data models and data sources to support commercial reporting and analytics needs.

  • Work with SQL databases to extract, transform, and validate data from multiple sources.

  • Build automated workflows and data pipelines using Alteryx to improve data quality, efficiency, and reliability.

  • Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity by identifying and resolving data quality issues.

  • Design, maintain, and enhance dashboards and visual analytics using Tableau/ Power BI.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data alignment and integration across systems.

  • Stakeholder Engagement and Communication: Develop and maintain relationships with internal Teams stakeholders.

  • Development of tools used by the Analytics team.

  • Provide local analytical support to commercial and cross‑functional teams.

Who are we looking for?

QUALIFICATIONS

  • University degree (e.g. Economics, Econometrics, Big Data, Mathematics, Computer Science).

  • 3 years of relevant experience in depth data analysis. 

  • Excellent analytical skills combined with outstanding technical skills.

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools, including SQL, Alteryx, Excel, Tableau/Power BI, and Python (nice to have).

  • Proficient in English and Polish. Additional languages are acknowledged.

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The minimum salary for this position is 128 000,00 PLN annually. Your initial pay could be at the minimum or higher based on skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors, all of which are subject to change. This position may also be eligible for competitive benefits, discretionary bonuses, and/or long-term incentive.
