Deine Aufgaben

• Deine SQL-Kenntnisse lassen nichts zu wünschen übrig, wenn es darum geht, operationale und strategische Anforderungen im Daily Banking in kluge Datenlösungen zu übersetzen. Mit Deinem analytischen Blick ziehst Du Datenlösungen glatt und lieferst präzise Antworten auf Fragestellungen.
• Du bringst Licht ins Dunkel unserer Performance-Daten aus Collections, erkennst Muster und Treiber, stellst Hypothesen auf und testest sie. So deckst Du Ursachen auf und leitest konkrete Optimierungsmaßnahmen ab.
• Du weißt, Datenqualität und -integrität sind kein Nice-to-have, sondern Pflicht: Deshalb prüfst Du Quellen, erkennst Ungereimtheiten und sorgst für Transparenz über Systeme hinweg. Dabei stimmst Du Dich eng mit Data Owners und Stakeholdern zu Definitionen, KPIs und Qualitätsstandards ab.
• Auch in Reportings bist Du mittendrin: Du entwickelst und betreust anforderungsgerechte Dashboards, definierst relevante KPIs und verwandelst Deine Insights in konkrete, umsetzbare Handlungsempfehlungen mit messbarem Business Impact.
• Und natürlich greifst Du unseren Data-Science-Teams gerne unter die Arme, etwa bei Modelling-Vorhaben (z. B. Segmentierung, Prognosen) und der Weiterentwicklung von Kontaktstrategien durch A/B-Tests.

Dein Profil

• Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Statistik, Mathematik oder eine vergleichbare fachspezifische Ausbildung / Qualifikation
• Sehr gute SQL-Skills einschließlich Joins, Aggregationen und Window Functions
• Vertiefte Excel-Kenntnisse, insbesondere in Formeln, Pivot-Tabellen und Datenmanipulation
• Erfahrung mit BI-Tools wie Power BI und Tableau; Grundkenntnisse in Python oder R
• Gutes Verständnis von Datenstrukturen, Integrationsflüssen, relationalen Datenbankkonzepten und Modellierungsprinzipien
• Analytisches Geschick mit ausgeprägtem Ursache-Wirkungs-Denken sowie strukturierter Problemlösung
• Know-how in statistischen Konzepten und Modellbewertungen gepaart mit Business- und Kennzahlen-Verständnis
• Fähigkeit, Insights und Daten klar zu visualisieren sowie zielgruppengerecht und wirkungsvoll zu kommunizieren
• Team- und Stakeholdermanagementfähigkeit, insbesondere in der Zusammenarbeit mit Collection Operations
• Offen für kulturelle Vielfalt in einem international geprägten Umfeld
• Gutes Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift

Your Tasks

• Your SQL skills are second to none when it comes to translating operational and strategic requirements in Daily Banking into smart data solutions. With your analytical mindset, you refine data outputs and deliver precise answers to complex questions.
• You bring clarity to our Collections performance data by identifying patterns and drivers, developing hypotheses, and testing them. In doing so, you uncover root causes and derive concrete optimisation measures.
• Data quality and integrity are your top priority: you validate data sources, detect inconsistencies, and ensure transparency across systems. In close collaboration with data owners and stakeholders, you align on definitions, KPIs, and quality standards.
• Of course, you are deeply involved in all things reporting: you design and maintain requirement-driven dashboards, define relevant KPIs, and turn your insights into concrete, actionable recommendations with measurable business impact.
• And last but not least, you actively support our Data Science teams, for example in modelling initiatives (e.g. segmentation, forecasting) and the development of contact strategies through A/B testing.

Your Profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a comparable field of study / qualification
• Very strong SQL skills, including joins, aggregations, and window functions
• Advanced Excel skills, particularly in formulas, pivot tables, and data manipulation
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI and Tableau; basic knowledge of Python or R
• Advanced understanding of data structures, integration flows, relational database concepts, and modelling principles
• Strong analytical skills with a pronounced cause-and-effect mindset and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of statistical concepts and model evaluation, combined with strong business acumen and KPI understanding
• Ability to visualise insights clearly and present them effectively to diverse audiences
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills, especially in working with Collections Operations
• Open to cultural diversity in an international environment
• Fluent in both German and English, written and spoken
