Data Analyst

IND - Bangalore (DRG) Full time

We’re seeking a Data Analyst to join our Market Access team in Bangalore, focusing on the Life Sciences & Healthcare (LSH) space. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a diverse, high-performing team and report directly to the Team Manager, STEM Content. In this role, you will work extensively with proprietary datasets such as Clarivate FingerTip and HLI, as well as external sources like IQVIA, Symphony Health, and specialty pharmacy data.

About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments  

  • Bachelor’s degree required (Life Sciences, Public Health, Pharmacy, Data Analytics, or related fields).
  • Atleast 3 years of relevant experience, ideally in healthcare, life sciences consulting, market access, or data analytics.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Exposure to SQL
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze, interpret, and present data effectively.
  • Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and prioritize tasks systematically.
  • A collaborative, flexible approach to working with cross-functional and cross-office teams.

It would be great if you also had..

  • Master’s degree in Life Science, Data Analysis or related fields
  • Understanding of the US payer and reimbursement landscape

What will you be doing in this role? 

In this role, you will support data-driven market access projects by performing research, integrating datasets, and generating insights.

  • Conduct research on US payers and healthcare policies using publicly available sources.
  • Perform data mining, cleaning, and transformation in alignment with required business rules and data formats.
  • Integrate multiple datasets (internal and external) to create structured, analysis-ready outputs.
  • Conduct data analysis and generate visual summaries to address specific business questions.
  • Prepare clear, compelling presentations and data deliverables in required formats.
  • Collaborate with cross-office project teams and participate in client discussions.
  • Maintain high quality standards with a focus on detail, accuracy, and consistency. 

About the Team   

The Data Integration team works collaboratively with clients and internal teams (sales and project managers) to ensure client deliverables meet or exceed client expectations. The team is solutions oriented, works diligently to ensure cross functionality across tasks and team members, and is comfortable multitasking.

Hours of Work  

  • 40 hours per week (Full-Time Employment)
  • Work Mode: Hybrid
  • Working Days: Monday to Friday
  • Work Timings: 12:00 PM IST – 9:00 PM IST (flexible to work in US Time Zone)
