Your Mission

Our Data services are organised following Data Mesh principles, distributing data ownership to domain-specific teams that manage, own, and serve the data as a product.

The Data Carpool Supply team’s mission is to build innovative data products that enhance our carpool inventory and empower our drivers. As a central force in the marketplace, we focus on pricing as our primary lever to effectively match passengers with drivers, ensuring a seamless and balanced ecosystem. We own the core services that compute costs and explore new frontiers in improving the overall driver experience.

• Building, improving, and maintaining a suite of self-service Tableau dashboards and supporting data consumers in becoming autonomous in their usage of data
• Proactively identifying and automating data processes, such as recurring reports and data exports, to enhance operational efficiency and scale data delivery
• Designing and architecting data models in the data warehouse (using dbt) to ensure data is accurate, modular, and easy to use
• Driving the integration of Generative AI across analytics practices and ecosystem by optimizing data architecture for AI-readiness, developing automated solutions to enhance operational efficiency, and empowering stakeholders through LLM-driven data democratization
