We’re looking for Data Analyst who will be responsible for preparing, maintaining, and improving the quality of datasets and dashboards used to track externally sourced project and market information across AMEAPAC. The role focuses on data handling, routine maintenance, dashboard updates, and basic automation to ensure information is accurate, consistent, and reliable for analysis and reporting.

What you’ll do:
Clean, validate, and standardise data to ensure accuracy and consistency across reports and dashboards.
Extract and prepare data from structured sources using SQL queries to support reporting and analysis.
Update and maintain dashboards and standard reports used to track projects, opportunities, and market data across the region.
Apply basic automation techniques (e.g. Power Query, macros, simple scripts, or AI-assisted tools) to improve efficiency in data preparation and reporting.
Use AI-enabled tools for data scanning, classification, and structuring under defined guidelines.
Provide data extracts and routine reporting to support project qualification and customer targeting.
Follow established data definitions, templates, and processes to ensure consistency and repeatability.
Support ad-hoc data requests from regional teams as required.
You’ll have the following skills and experience:
2-4 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, MIS, or an analytical support role.
Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, and data cleaning.
Working knowledge of SQL for data querying and extraction.
Familiarity with BI tools, with a preference for Power BI.
Exposure to automation tools such as Power Query, macros, or AI-assisted data processing.
Strong attention to detail and experience with structured datasets.
Ability to manage routine reporting tasks and adhere to defined timelines.
Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
Exposure to infrastructure, energy, or industrial sectors.
Experience in an international organization and/or multicultural team.
Organized and methodical, with a focus on data accuracy and consistency.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple requests.
Comfortable in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
