We are seeking a Data Analyst who will turn raw data into insights that drive mission decisions, operational improvements, and AI-enabled capabilities. This role blends analytical rigor with creativity, identifying trends, communicating findings, and helping shape data-driven recommendations for leadership across complex programs. This role is remote supporting a Quantico, VA customer.  Local candidates preferred.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Analyze mission and program data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities.
  • Generate dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support leadership decision-making.
  • Work with data engineers to define data requirements and improve data quality.
  • Support AI readiness activities by assessing dataset completeness, usability, and patterns.
  • Translate complex findings into clear, mission-relevant insights.
  • Conduct baseline and post-implementation analysis to measure improvement.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 1 + years of data analytics or quantitative analysis experience.
  • Strong proficiency with Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
  • Ability to analyze large datasets using SQL or scripting languages (Python preferred).
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills.
  • Secret clearance.

Desired Skills & Experience 

  • Experience with AI solution rollouts or cloud modernization efforts.
  • Familiarity with federal or regulated environments.
  • Knowledge of data governance or metadata management.

The proposed salary for this position is:
$93,800$157,600 USD
