What is the opportunity?
This role reports to the Director, Head of Strategy, FinOps and Business Management within the Data, AI, and Research Technology (DART) team in Quantitative and Technology Services (QTS). As part of this team, you will be a key player in driving financial review and reporting, workforce strategy, team engagement, communications, and process improvement initiatives.
What will you do?
Supports all Financial and Workforce activities including headcount and professional fees tracking, opening and maintaining approval for new positions, demand to capacity analysis and analysis of annual/quarterly/monthly targets to actuals/forecasts.
Assists in facilitating the 3rd party pipeline and help capture business priority along with tracking the financials.
Helps with the creation of executive level insights related to Supplier, Portfolio and Financial activities.
Supports the weekly approvals process on open headcount, invoicing, contracts, etc. with the group executive
Champion team engagement and foster a positive, inclusive organizational culture. Helping to develop and execute engagement strategies that enhance workplace satisfaction and retention.
Lead all internal communications strategies, ensuring consistent messaging and transparency. Develop communication plans for major initiatives, organizational changes, and strategic announcements
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have
8-10 years in Financial Services with 5+ years of Business Management, Executive level support and people engagement work
Excellent proficiency with MS Office Programs (Power Point, Excel, Outlook, and Word) and Tableau.
Strong emotional intelligence, cultural awareness, and ability to build relationships across organizational boundaries
Excellent analytical skills – proven experience conducting data analysis/discovery/aggregation as a foundation to providing meaningful analysis and management reporting to facilitate business decisions at a senior management/executive level.
Strong communication skills, to synthesize data and simplify a complex problem for an executive audience
Adaptable and comfortable operating in dynamic environments with ability to manage multiple priorities
Nice-to-have
Educational background in Finance or Accounting an asset
Broad systems management experience

The Expected Salary Range For The Above Position Is $160,000 - $230,000 Depending On Factors Including But Not Limited To The Candidate’s Experience, Skills, Registration Status; Market Conditions; And Business Needs.
