We believe there are three key drivers of growth: People, Customers and Operational Execution. This is what our business is built on and this is where we invest!

We are seeking an entrepreneurial, and hands-on P&L-accountable DACH ServiceNow Strategic Business Group Leader to drive the future of our Global Elite partnership business across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

This is a critical End-to-End (E2E) Leadership role where you will leverage deep prior ServiceNow services industry experience and strong content know-how to drive the sustainable growth, financial performance, and operational excellence of our ServiceNow business across the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).

Based in Germany, you will be the ultimate owner of the region's ServiceNow growth engine: responsible for all P&L financials (Revenue, Margin, Cost), E2E service delivery, driving sales, key client relationships, and cultivating a high-performing team specialized in the NOW Platform.

Requirements

  • Financial Discipline: Develop and manage accurate financial forecasts, annual budgets, and investment plans.

3.Sales & Business Growth

  • Sales Management: Drive and oversee the entire sales lifecycle, leading strategic engagements in Presales, ensuring the development of winning ServiceNow Solutions, and closing complex services deals to achieve aggressive growth targets.

  • Go-to-Market Plan: Define and execute the DACH market strategy for ServiceNow services, identifying new opportunities across the platform's workflow capabilities.

  • Sustainable Growth: Ensure business expansion is managed sustainably, aligning specialized ServiceNow delivery capacity with sales pipeline.

4.People & Organizational Leadership (ServiceNow Talent Focus)

  • ServiceNow Talent Strategy: Define and execute a people strategy focused on attracting, developing (certifications, advanced skills), and retaining top certified ServiceNow talent in the DACH market.

  • Team Management: Provide leadership to build a high-performing team focused on achieving excellence in ServiceNow delivery.

  • Skill Development: Oversee skill development programs to maintain a competitive edge, specifically focusing on new ServiceNow modules and releases.

5.Service Delivery & Excellence

  • Delivery Oversight: Own the quality and successful execution of all ServiceNow implementation, advisory, and managed services projects across the DACH region.

  • Client Relationship: Ensure consistently high levels of client satisfaction (CSAT) by delivering tangible business outcomes enabled by the ServiceNow platform.

6.ServiceNow Partner Relationship Management

  • Strategic Partnership: Serve as the primary executive liaison with ServiceNow in the DACH region. Actively manage the partnership to maximize DXC's standing and capabilities and align with ServiceNow's strategic priorities.

  • Joint Innovation: Drive co-selling, co-innovation, and joint marketing initiatives, leveraging the latest ServiceNow product releases.

Why DXC Technology Europe ServiceNow Strategic Business Group?

Entrepreneurial Freedom (The "CEO" Mindset)

  • The Promise: We don't want an administrator; we want a Business Builder. You have the autonomy to run the DACH ServiceNow practice as your own business— setting the tone, hiring the talent, and choosing the battles. You will join Analyst- Recognized Market Leader

The "0.0% Politics" Guarantee

  • The Promise: We have a zero-tolerance policy for political maneuvering. In this team, energy is spent on clients and innovation, not on internal turf wars or managing upward optics.

Psychological Safety = Innovation

  • The Promise: We encourage "intelligent failure." If you aren't trying new things (new sales motions, new GenAI use cases), you aren't trying hard enough. We protect our innovators. It is a culture of psychological safety where we fight for each other, not against each other.

We Cover One Another

Our Team DNA: The "Unwritten" Rules

  • We talk to each other, not about each other. (Directness)

  • We share the credit, we own the mistakes. (Accountability)

  • We leave the ego at the door. (Humility)
