Your Opportunity
This role plays a critical part in helping growth-focused organizations maximize the value of their cloud ERP investment through proactive monitoring, structured system maintenance, and continuous optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
As a Consultant within our Managed Services team, you will focus primarily on system health, incident resolution, telemetry monitoring, feature adoption, and operational support. Success in this role requires a methodical, disciplined approach to managing multiple client environments independently while ensuring high-quality, reliable service delivery. This is a replacement role.
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
Managed Services & Support Delivery
Own assigned client requests from intake through resolution.
Perform structured diagnostics and resolve incidents within SLA expectations.
Configure minor enhancements and functional improvements.
Maintain accurate documentation within support and development tools.
Escalate complex architectural, costing, or strategic matters appropriately.
Communicate clearly with clients regarding issue status, resolution steps, and preventative measures.
Monitoring & System Health Management
Monitor system performance using AppInsights and telemetry tools.
Identify performance risks, usage trends, and recurring issues.
Prepare and deliver structured health check reports.
Recommend optimization actions based on data-driven insights.
Support Microsoft release wave feature review and adoption planning.
AI & Intelligent Features
Configure and support Microsoft Copilot capabilities.
Assist in deploying and maintaining Business Central Agents.
Identify practical automation opportunities using Power Automate.
Support responsible AI usage aligned to governance policies.
Stay current on Business Central roadmap updates and new features.
Industry Awareness
Develop working knowledge in industries such as:
Inventory & Distribution
Manufacturing
Financial Services
Apply industry best practices when recommending optimizations.
Understand core operational workflows, financial processes, and reporting needs within client industries.

Your experience and education
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant Certification (Required).
5+ years of Dynamics NAV / D365 Business Central experience.
Strong knowledge of Finance plus one additional module.
Experience supporting SaaS cloud environments.
Familiarity with AppInsights or similar monitoring tools.
Exposure to Copilot and Business Central Agents.
Strong troubleshooting and client communication skills.
Preferred
Experience with Power Platform.
Exposure to inventory or manufacturing environments.
Experience delivering remote client support.
The annual compensation for this opportunity is $68,000 to $104,000.
