Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and manage CyberArk EPM SaaS policies for least-privilege, application control, just-in-time elevation and threat detection across endpoints and servers.
  • Work with end-user computing and infrastructure teams to deploy and maintain EPM agents using tooling such as Intune, SCCM or similar.
  • Tune EPM policies to balance security and usability, managing exceptions, approvals and break-glass mechanisms in line with agreed standards.
  • Monitor EPM portals and dashboards, triaging and remediating alerts, blocks and user issues related to privilege elevation and application control.
  • Provide 3rd line support for EPM-related incidents, collaborating with the service desk, SOC and platform teams.
  • Produce and maintain runbooks, knowledge articles and training materials for support teams and end users.
  • Support testing, pilots and phased rollouts of EPM policies and new features, gathering feedback and refining configurations.
  • Contribute to reporting and metrics, demonstrating reductions in local admin accounts and endpoint privilege risk.
  • Liaise with CyberArk support and vendors to troubleshoot complex issues
  • Provide technical feedback to architects and security teams on design effectiveness and improvement opportunities.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Strong hands-on experience administering and supporting CyberArk Endpoint Privilege Manager (EPM) SaaS in production environments.
  • Solid understanding of endpoint privilege concepts, local administrator rights, application allow/deny lists and user elevation workflows.
  • Practical experience with agent deployment using Intune, SCCM, GPO or similar endpoint management platforms.
  • Good working knowledge of Windows / Windows Terminals operating systems, including security hardening and troubleshooting.
  • Experience of working in secure and/or regulated environments, supporting audits and providing evidence of effective controls.
  • Familiarity with incident, problem and change management processes (e.g. ITIL).
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with an ability to explain technical issues in clear language to non-technical stakeholders and end users.
  • Fluency in Dutch is a strong plus.
