Responsibilities
Enterprise Browser Security: Design, deploy, and manage security solutions for enterprise browsers (e.g., Chrome Enterprise, Edge for Business, Island, Talon, or similar).
Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR): Implement, configure, and manage EDR solutions (e.g., CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, Microsoft Defender, or similar) to detect, investigate, and respond to endpoint threats.
Application Privilege Management: Deploy and manage application privilege management tools (e.g., BeyondTrust, CyberArk EPM, Microsoft Defender Application Control) to enforce least privilege and control application execution.
Policy Development: Develop and enforce security policies for browser usage, endpoint protection, application control, and privilege management.
Threat Detection & Response: Monitor, investigate, and respond to endpoint and browser-based security incidents, leveraging EDR and privilege management tools.
Automation & Integration: Automate security controls and integrate browser, EDR, and privilege management solutions with SIEM, SOAR, and other security platforms.
Collaboration: Work closely with IT, application, and security teams to ensure secure deployment and operation of browsers, endpoints, and applications.
User Awareness: Support security awareness initiatives related to safe browser, endpoint, and application usage.
Documentation: Maintain clear documentation for security configurations, incident response, and operational procedures.
Qualifications
Minimum 8 years in information security, security infrastructure, or technical services.
2+ years of direct experience with enterprise browser security solutions.
5+ years of hands-on experience with EDR solutions (deployment, configuration, incident response).
Experience with application privilege management tools and enforcing least privilege principles.
Strong knowledge of endpoint security tools (EDR, AV, DLP, device control, etc.).
Experience with browser management, policy enforcement, and extension control in enterprise environments.
Familiarity with scripting (PowerShell, Python, Bash) for automation.
Experience integrating endpoint/browser security with SIEM/SOAR platforms.
Deep understanding of browser security architectures, web threats, and mitigation strategies.
Knowledge of Windows, macOS, and mobile endpoint security best practices.
Familiarity with cloud-based browser security solutions is a plus.
Strong knowledge of industry security standards and guidelines. Such as NIST, CSF, RMO
Strong knowledge of security technology, such as firewalls, detection/prevention systems, and encryption
Strong ability to translate architectural requirements and design into implementation
Strong ability to design, develop and implement security controls to mitigate risk
Strong ability to obtain, analyze and synthesize information from multiple sources, including performance and risk metrics
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to manage competing priorities on concurrent large, complex projects, initiatives, and deliverables
