This role has Global responsibility spanning complex geographic legislation, requirements and maturity in the Information Security arena.
Purpose of Role:
Assist the Global Head of Cyber Training & Awareness with related communications and learning assets and activities to deliver against IM&S priorities (ie. active approach to support the agreed IM&S KPIs as well as passive approach of the related Global Annual Outreach Programme) and engage stakeholders (Business Integrity Leads, IM&S Policy Champions, Global Learning etc.).
Role Responsibilities:
Create, post/announce and update responsive, pragmatic and easy to digest information security learning contents and communications assets (presentations, animation videos, posters, infographics, gif files, interactive pdfs and e-learning contents, self-assessments, surveys and quizes and games etc).
Allow users of different languages to understand IM&S learning contents and communication assets by adding voice over and subtitles to them on demand.
Design and keep updated the contents and assets as well as IM&S Viva Engage page and Sharepoint site to allow high quality user experience.
Deliver global and targeted training sessions (webinars for large audiences and online meetings for smaller group of learners, classroom sessions locally on demand).
Manage the IM&S Training Catalogue Sharepoint site, MyLearningHub and MyLearningHub Connect around IM&S - related learnings.
Nudge learners to complete assigned learnings on demand.
Manage the IM&S Viva Engage community membership and improve engagement by non-IM&S personnel with group posts/contents with a special focus on ad-hoc demands in immediate response to internal incidents, cyber news around the world outside Diageo and Monthly Newsletter and the Information Security Awareness and Phishing campaigns beside the Outreach Program agenda.
Ensure accurate and timely reporting of communication updates, cyber training and related awareness activities.
Partner with IM&S Policy Champions and Business Integrity Leads and other internal stakeholders across the organization to guarantee joined-up thinking and proactive response to emerging and extemporary cyber threats.
Cooperate with Global Learning and Development, MyLearningHub and MyLearningHub Connect Support teams to manage IM&S-related learnings on these applications and keep track of learning completion by target audiences.
Cooperate with Global Corporate Relations to align global branding guidelines when creating and updating communication and learning assets.
Prepare reports and stats for metrics and dashboards around phishing simulation, learning and comms results. Manage Power BI tools for phishing simulation.
Check cyber security related global learning and comms reports and prepare summary.
Experience / skills required:
An IT or business or communications or learning professional with a university/college degree who is interested in cyber security as well as trainings and comms.
A broad knowledge and understanding of security technologies for networks, servers, desktops, and databases is a plus.
A skilled communicator (both verbal and written) in English with proven experience in expressing technical observations and opinions in business terms.
Confident using Canva to produce visual content for campaigns, trainings and internal communications. Comfortable to use Articulate Storyline to prepare e-learning contents.
Must have prior experience of working with a degree of autonomy, managing and prioritizing workload, and delivering on deadlines.
Comfortable speaking to a diverse audience in a training session where there is a large group of people, presenting messages in a simple, clear and concise manner through different channels (Viva engage, video, webcasts, printed materials, MS Sway, MS Forms and IM&S SharePoint Training Catalogue Page, MyLearningHub etc).
Comfortable working with data in Excel to prepare basic datasets for reports and dashboards. Experienced in producing analytics and reporting from Power BI, Zoom, Viva Engage, Microsoft Defender and MyLearningHub.
Upskill oneself with IM&S-related solutions to train/communicate in order to raise awareness and engagement across Diageo to mitigate ever-changing and challenging cyber risks.
Upskill oneself in using innovative solutions to create/update learning contents and communication assets.
