The Opportunity:
Join CACI as the prime contractor on a growing program supporting NAVSEA 03D3 Digital Program Office as a Senior Cyber Security Architect supporting the Navy Maintenance and Modernization Enterprise Solution (NMMES), a mission-critical program that supports over 45,000 users executing naval ship and submarine maintenance operations worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead specialized technology projects related to Information Assurance requirements
Design and implement comprehensive security solutions for complex systems
Conduct advanced security assessments and provide expert security consulting services
Lead the analysis and implementation of information security requirements
Design, develop, and engineer solutions to Multilevel Security (MLS) requirements
Guide the implementation of DoD and DoN Information Assurance rules and regulations
Lead technical teams in security implementation and assessment activities
Gather and organize technical information about organizational mission goals and security needs
Perform complex risk analyses and assessments
Lead technical support for secure software development and integration tasks
Review and approve security architectures and designs
Provide expertise in Security/IA products such as PKI, VPN, firewalls, and intrusion detection systems
Qualifications:
Required:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field
At least 5 years of experience in cybersecurity architecture
Proven experience with DoD and DoN Information Assurance rules and regulations
Strong understanding of security technologies and frameworks
Experience leading security assessment and risk analysis activities
Desired:
Advanced security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH)
Experience with DoD/Navy programs or similar government IT systems
Deep knowledge of FedRAMP and DISA security requirements
Expert knowledge of Risk Management Framework (RMF)
Experience leading security implementations
Cloud security expertise
SAFe certification
Experience mentoring junior security professionals
