The Opportunity:
As the Cyber Program Lead for GCSS-MC, you’ll get to work side-by-side with some of the most knowledgeable and dedicated team members in the DoD supply chain management field to sustain, enhance, and secure a large Oracle E-Business Suite ERP system supporting the USMC’s total force logistics. This position has direct customer interaction and leads all execution of program goals and objectives related to cybersecurity and serves as the Information Systems Support Lead (ISSL). You’ll learn the customer’s business firsthand and contribute to their critical cybersecurity posture while aligning customer requirements with industry advancements and next generation capabilities. This is a fast-paced work environment that directly supports US Marine Corps operations and readiness worldwide.
Responsibilities:
· Coordinate with the program manager on all program cybersecurity activities.
· Manage day-to-day execution and collaborate across the Government PMO and cybersecurity team and CACI program team to execute objectives.
· Lead a team of cybersecurity professionals in meeting contract cyber requirements, system accreditation milestones, analysis and tracking of cyber vulnerabilities, and all cyber reporting.
· Participate in cybersecurity program activities to help PMO customers incorporate industry experience into solutions and proposed improvements.
· Partner with Operations and Development leads to identify opportunities and mitigate risk.
Qualifications:
Required:
· 7-10 years of DoD cybersecurity, including Risk Management Framework, experience.
· 7-10 years of IT system development, sustainment, operations, and modernization cybersecurity support.
· CISSP or equivalent IAM Level III certification
· People management skills and experience needed to lead and grow a diverse team of cybersecurity professionals.
· History of increasing roles and responsibilities that promote leadership and technical acumen.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate plans and strategies to executive level positions.
· Ability to manage and influence Government Cybersecurity personnel.
· Adjudicated T5 investigation.
Desired:
· Agile certification and Experience in an Agile environment
· PMP is desirable
· DoD sector consulting experience
· Direct experience with commercial cybersecurity best practices
· Experience with USMC cybersecurity policies and processes
· Experience with Splunk
· Experience with AWS/OCI/Azure
· Experience solutioning automation capabilities
· Ability to leverage generative AI to grow program capabilities

The proposed salary range for this position is:
