Key Role:
Designs, implements, and manages policies and procedures to ensure database and software security. Applies advanced consulting skills, extensive technical expertise, and full industry knowledge. Develops innovative solutions to complex problems. Works without considerable direction. Mentors and may supervise team members.
Basic Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in knowledge management within DoD
3+ years of experience with SharePoint, Teams, and collaborative tool administration
Experience with data management, including metadata tagging, enterprise search optimization, and automated workflow development
Experience creating, maintaining, and securing digital repositories, wikis, and document libraries in classified settings
Experience with DoD records management policies, data governance, and information assurance requirements
Ability to translate technical content into accessible guidance for audiences
TS/SCI clearance
HS diploma or GED
DoD 8140 Level II Certification, such as Security+, CySA+, or CISSP Certification
Additional Qualifications:
Experience supporting Air Force cyber units or enterprise knowledge initiatives
Experience implementing knowledge-capture processes for lessons learned, TTPs, and best-practice libraries
Knowledge of data-lifecycle management and cross-domain information-sharing solutions
Possession of excellent written and oral communication skills
Bachelor’s degree
SAFe Agile, ITIL Foundation, or Knowledge-Centered Service (KCS) Certification
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,500.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
