Salesforce is seeking a collaborative, detail-oriented professional to support the logistics and operations of our CxO Experiences program. This team plays a critical role in driving pipeline and deepening relationships with C-level customers and prospects through curated, high-touch, persona-driven experiences.

Role and Responsibilities

We are looking for an operations-focused professional who excels at cross-functional collaboration, balances resources effectively, and thrives in a fast-paced environment managing multiple concurrent programs. This role is responsible for executing event logistics with precision, maintaining operational excellence, contributing to scalable frameworks, and ensuring seamless coordination across all work streams throughout the full event lifecycle. This is a hybrid role and will work out of the Salesforce office three days a week.

  • Support end-to-end operational logistics, including venue coordinating, catering, A/V, transportation, and other vendor deliverables for high-tough executive events

  • Cross-check detailed event timelines, run-of-show documents, and logistics checklists to ensure flawless execution

  • Coordinate executive attendance logistics, including RSVP tracking, calendar holds, dietary and accessibility requirements, and last-minute updates.

  • Support audience acquisition and registration by reviewing and validating invitation lists, guest data, invitation sends, and attendance tracking.

  • Support sponsoring partners by preparing branding and sponsorship materials for approval, coordinating calendar holds for sponsoring executives, and managing related logistics as needed.

  • Maintain centralized program documentation, best practices, and internal enablement communications to ensure operational consistency

  • Contribute to the development of scalable operations frameworks for executive engagement programs

  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with field marketing, sponsorship, creative, and other strategic events teams to ensure seamless collaboration

  • Provide on-site execution support as needed, serving as a key operational resource to manage logistics, troubleshoot issues, and support a premium executive experience.

Required Skills / Experience

  • 3+ years of event marketing experience in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Top-notch organizational skills and time management skills, ability to manage complex tasks quickly and simultaneously

  • Excellent, executive verbal and written communication skills, experience in executive comms a plus

  • Experience using Salesforce and Slack preferred

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

  • Strong problem-solving and creative thinking skills.

  • Experience in project management and event coordination is a plus

  • BS or BA related degree, or equivalent experience

  • Ability to travel as needed

At Salesforce, we believe in equitable compensation practices that reflect the dynamic nature of labor markets across various regions. The typical base salary range for this position is $73,900 - $111,900 annually. In select cities within the San Francisco and New York City metropolitan area, the base salary range for this role is $88,800 - $122,100 annually. The range represents base salary only, and does not include company bonus, incentive for sales roles, equity or benefits, as applicable.
