Job Summary
• This role is responsible for defining customer experience requirements across touchpoints, leading voice of customer programs, and designing customized customer experiences. The role applies customer experience design methods to lead cross-functional teams and facilitates discussions resulting in action plans. Additionally, the role monitors KPIs, executes retention programs, contributes to complex projects, and fosters working relationships.

Responsibilities

Develop a deep understanding of the product and solution portfolio to effectively deliver and support security offerings.
Build and maintain a stakeholder matrix to facilitate the introduction of new solutions and sustain existing ones within CWC centers.
Foster strong relationships with product managers to encourage the adoption of security solutions while ensuring operational continuity (e.g., license management).
Align with HP’s strategy to support Account-Based Marketing (ABM) accounts according to their sales stage.
Identify customer challenges by collaborating with CWC teams across countries to gather insights and evolving needs that can drive higher sales conversion.
Design and implement new experiences tailored to vertical or customer-specific requirements.
Develop supporting documentation, guides, tutorials, and videos to enhance user adoption and experience.
Oversee the implementation of CWC experiences and manage the demo catalog.
Monitor usage metrics and coordinate training initiatives for staff.
Apply a consultative selling approach to deliver compelling value propositions.
Track the introduction and end-of-life (EOL) of hardware and software solutions.
Coordinate quarterly updates with global business units (GBU) to ensure strategic alignment.
Support local technical teams during solution implementation and deployment.
Understand and address local challenges to facilitate successful rollouts.
Demonstrate strong technical skills in installing and configuring software solutions.
Pursue certifications in areas such as Azure and cybersecurity to be recognized as a trusted advisor.
Provide technical staff with updates on emerging technologies, competitive analysis, and relevant use cases.


Education & Experience Recommended
• CyberSecurity Skills

. Azure Skills and overall a good understanding of Solution Integration
• Typically has 3 to 7 years of work experience, preferably in project management, sales, channel, program management, marketing, or a related field.
