Position Summary

Job Title: Junior Recruiter (1–3 Years)
We are looking for a Junior Recruiter to support global hiring requirements.

Role Overview:
This role requires strong communication skills, solid recruitment fundamentals, and the flexibility to work US hours for one week each month to support Green Card applicant processes. For the rest of the month, the focus will be on Asia and Oceania (OZ) hiring to maximize productivity.

Responsibilities:

• Source and screen candidates for Asia/Oceania roles throughout the month
• Build and manage talent pipelines via job portals and direct sourcing
• Maintain accurate ATS records and ensure a seamless candidate experience
• Support US-based Green Card applicant recruitment during the designated US-hours week

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of recruitment or sourcing experience
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong sourcing fundamentals with global hiring exposure
• Ability to work in US hours for one week each month
