What you will do:


Johnson Controls is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist! In this role, you will deliver a world-class customer experience for new and existing customers engaging with the JADEC (Johnson Controls Advanced Development and Engineering Center) facility. You are also responsible for execution of all aspects of customer visits to the JADEC facility. Inclusive of request intake, calendar review and approval, developing a plan that meets the visits expectations, measurement of customer visit results against a high standard of excellence, reporting of impact in CRM tools. This role is a focal point for enhancing the existing program and contributing excellence (how do I end this by growing and evolving this program), leading-edge technology, professional content development partners and substantially increased event frequency.

How you will do it:
 

Coordinating Internal Resources

Act as the primary liaison for internal teams and service providers supporting the JADEC (Johnson Controls Advanced Development and Engineering Center) facility, including Facilities, Catering, AV support, IT/PC support, and content development partners.

Coordinate and oversee ongoing facility and infrastructure projects, ensuring timely completion of improvements and repairs while maintaining minimal disruption to operations.

Facilitate collaboration between internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver seamless support for customer visits and events.

Customer Visit Management

  • Leads and delivers world-class customer visits through planning, execution, and post visit follow up.

  • Works to qualify importance of customer visits with sales and executive leadership

  • Works with Marketing, Sales, and Global Creative team to develop quality content in support of customer visits.

Measurement and Performance Management

  • Ensure on-going visibility into outcomes delivered through the JADEC Customer Visit program, including metrics such as sales influence, relationship / retention benefits, program expansion.

  • Drive initiatives to integrate systems and processes for better automation and data integrity.

  • Work with JCI program stakeholders to build awareness and utilization of the JADEC (Johnson Controls Advanced Development and Engineering Center) facility.

One Team

This role will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Product Engineering, and Applied Equipment Business Leaders. Lead by example to deliver industry-best commercial programs that deliver results.

What we look for:

Required

  • University degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • 3 years related experience

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities, with a strong customer service and hospitality mindset.

  • Ability to interpret and organize data in a clear, concise, and actionable format.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

  • Demonstrated ability to represent the company in a polished, welcoming, and professional manner.

HIRING SALARY RANGE: $76,100 - $95,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, location and alignment with market data.)
