What you will do. A glimpse in your role
As a Customer Value Creation Manager, you will be part of the Customer Value Creation (CVC) Team, whose mission is to support Global Blue’s strategic ambition to evolve from a Tax Free processing provider into a true strategic partner for retailers.
In close collaboration with the Global Account Sales teams, you will contribute to building a high-touch, consultative approach with clients, leveraging Global Blue’s full ecosystem of assets: data, insights, marketing services, customer experience solutions, innovations, and a network of external partners.
Your role will be central in supporting value creation discussions with prospects and clients, from strategic awareness at C-level to the design, execution, and governance of customised action plans.
Main responsibilities:
In this role, you will support the value creation process across its four key phases — open eye meetings, value creation workshops, action plan definition, and ongoing steering committees — by:
- Running comprehensive client diagnoses ahead of meetings and workshops, including:
- Analysis of client performance and data versus competition
- Identification of growth opportunities with international shoppers
- Surveys and mystery shopping to assess in-store customer experience
- Analysis of external information, from client strategy to omnichannel tools
(with the support of a junior resource and a data analyst)
- Customising Global Blue’s value proposition to address each client’s specific context and needs, combining internal assets and external partner solutions
- Actively participating in and facilitating value creation workshops and steering committees alongside Sales teams
- Supporting and ensuring the roll-out of agreed value creation action plans and innovations
- Acting as a trusted partner to internal stakeholders (Sales, Product, Business Intelligence, IT) to deliver coherent and impactful client solutions

Key competencies to empower your journey. You'll drive towards success if:
- You have a business school or university degree
- You bring at least 7 years of professional experience, ideally in consulting firms or fashion & luxury retailers
- You demonstrate strong analytical skills and confidence in data elaboration tools
- You have excellent PowerPoint and storytelling capabilities
- You show strong interpersonal skills, autonomy, and organisational abilities
- You are able to work transversally with multiple teams across the organisation
- You have a strong customer orientation and proven client-facing experience
- You are fluent in English; German is considered a strong plus
