What you will be doing:

Key responsibilities:

  • The Project Process Analyst is responsible for the day-to-day accurate reporting of the project(s), ensuring delivery to the given scope and on time.
  • You will follow-up on delivery of all planned activities in close collaboration with a team of Customer Technology Consultants, PMO office, Business Analysts and Managers across different teams, functions, and countries.
  • Accurate monitoring of progress is key, complemented with good risk assessment and pro-active elevation of challenges.
  • Able to complete tasks independently, without guidance.
  • Use of provided reporting tools and capabilities is a must to secure precise reporting to ensure all activities, dependencies, risks, and mitigations are accurately and timely captured and reported to project stakeholders.
  • Involves completing detailed analysis of complex data, systems or ideas and providing reports and recommendations.
  • May also involve day-to-day data management in company software applications.

  • 1-2 years’ working experience
  • Understanding of project management practices and techniques
  • Excellent Analytical & Problem-solving Skills
  • Planning & Organizing Skills
  • Experience with project planning and scheduling, and risk/issue management
  • A forward thinking and proactive person who can work collaboratively
  • Detail focused, able to deliver all work and administer, facilitate, and manage appropriate project processes and documentation
  • Communication and Influencing Skills
  • Experience with working in a cross-teams and cross-functional environment
  • Knowledge of PRINCE2, Agile PM or SAFE is a pre
  • Project Management Skills is a pre
