Shifts: 9h - 17h / 10h - 18h

We’re looking for a Customer Support Representative to join our Client Operations Team, playing a key role in supporting Morrisons and Morrisons Daily stores across the UK.

 

About the Role
As a Customer Support Representative, you will manage day‑to‑day interactions with our customer, ensuring smooth coordination of Field and Remote Service activities. You’ll act as a trusted point of contact for service escalations, performance reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:


Customer Interaction & Escalation Management

  • Serve as the main contact for the Morrisons head office
  • Support escalations related to service calls, equipment, and service performance
  • Ensure timely communication and resolution to maintain high customer satisfaction

Administrative & System Access Activities

  • Handle system access requests to ensure correct permissions and onboarding
  • Manage administrative tasks related to operations and customer support
  • Ensure all data is accurate, documented, and up to date

Financial & Operational Tracking

  • Raise and manage invoices and purchase orders
  • Support T&M tracking and other financial reporting
  • Work with 3rd‑party service providers to monitor performance

Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare proactive reports for internal and customer teams
  • Identify trends through data and product analysis
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and new project rollouts

Customer Experience

  • Ensure all interactions reflect exceptional customer service
  • Support improvements that enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction

  • Strong skills in handling escalations
  • Solid administrative and system‑coordination abilities
  • Confidence working with data, reports, and trend analysis
  • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work proactively
  • A customer‑focused and improvement‑oriented mindset
