Customer Support Team Leader

Husqvarna Group is seeking an experienced and people‑focused team leader to oversee our Customer Support team and help shape the future of service to our dealer and retail networks across New Zealand. This role is central to maintaining strong customer relationships, driving operational excellence and supporting our sales and service objectives.

About the role

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing team committed to delivering consistent, high‑quality support.
  • Oversee order management, customer enquiries, and service performance to meet established KPIs.
  • Identify service trends, address issues proactively, and provide insights that support continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with Sales, Logistics, and Shared Services to ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Provide accurate reporting.
