Der Kundenkreis im Bereich F&E umfasst vor allem Anwender aus dem akademischen Umfeld (Chemie, Biologie, Geologie, Mineralogie, Kristallographie, Physik, Materialwissenschaften, Werkstoffentwicklung) und der High-Tech-Industrie (Pharmazie, Life Science, Stahl, Zement, Petrochemie, Halbleiter, Solar).

In Ihrer neuen Funktion sind Sie verantwortlich für die Installation, Wartung und Instandsetzung unserer Systeme. Sie betreuen unsere Systeme vor Ort und agieren als Hauptschnittstelle zwischen Malvern Panalytical und unseren Kunden auf höchstem Niveau des Kundensupports. Voraussetzung ist die Fähigkeit komplexe technische Systeme zu verstehen und Lösungen mit Hilfe eines globalen Suppportnetzwerks bereitzustellen.

VERANTWORTLICHKEITEN:

• Installation, Wartung und Instandsetzung von Analysegeräten
• Effiziente Analyse von Störungen
• Konfiguration von Computersystemen und Software
• Lösen von Kundenproblemen im Rahmen der Team- und Unternehmens-KPIs.
• Kommunikation mit Kunden und dem Supportnetzwerk

ERFORDERLICHE FÄHIGKEITEN UND KENNTNISSE:

• Studium der Elektrotechnik / Elektronik, Physik, Mechatronik oder vergleichbarer Abschluss
• 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Serviceaußendienst von Analysesystemen
• Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeiten

• Sehr gute Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Reisebereitschaft im In- und Ausland
• Strukturierte, eigenständige, sowie selbstmotivierte Arbeitsweise
• Analytische Denkweise
• Führerschein für PKW
