Customer Support Data & Automation Analyst

Job Summary
The Customer Support Analyst will assist in managing and supervising data flows to ensure accuracy and reliability in business operations. This role focuses on data mining, loading, and reconciliation, supporting automation initiatives. The Analyst will collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain data integrity, support MEC activities and contribute to process improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Data Managing & Supervision: Load, monitor, and reconcile data in designated systems, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
  • Data Validation: Perform basic data checks, mining, and validations to support business processes.
  • Support Automation Projects: Assist in automating data flows and maintaining scripts (Python, MS Flow, Smartsheet’s, others)
  • Customer Support: Respond to internal customer requests related to data handling, system use and automation.
  • Continuous Learning: Participate in training and development to build skills in data automation and business processes.
  • Collaboration across different time zones


Skills Summary

  • This role requires basic experience with Power BI Desktop and Service, refreshing datasets, data checks, understanding tables and relationships, making minor DAX changes, basic Power Query usage, working with Excel or SQL data sources, light data management and organization using Python, general awareness of MDX concepts, user support, and a strong will to learn.
  • Office, Excel, Python, Power Automate, Power Query, Power BI, Smartsheet’s. SQL.
  • Interest in finance concepts and exposure to cloud platforms (e.g., Azure) and WEBI are a plus.


Experience
1–2 years of relevant experience (internships or academic projects in data handling/automation are welcome)

Education
Bachelor’s degree or ongoing studies in Technology, Finance, Data Science, Business, or related domains
