Customer Support Apprentice-Student

Coperion Middle East Co., Ltd., founded in 2011 and based in Al Jubail, KSA, serves customers in the entire Gulf Region. We are part of Hillenbrand.

This service site focuses on all kinds of services for extrusion and compounding lines, bulk material handling equipment and feeders for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia as well as the entire GCC area. The facility comes with a modern workshop providing repair services to customers in the Gulf Region and beyond.

We are now searching for:

Customer Support Apprentice-Student

As part of the Sales team, the apprentice will support commercial and administrative activities while gaining hands-on exposure to sales processes in an industrial environment:

• Assist in reviewing client “Request for Quotes” and support the internal coordination to clarify technical and commercial requirements.
• Support follow-up with clients via email or phone under supervision to gather required information and assist in progressing quotations.
• Coordinate with internal teams and Coperion Headquarters to track order status and support logistics and documentation processes, including shipment and customs clearance.
• Assist in maintaining records, updating trackers, and preparing basic reports related to sales activities.
• Provide general administrative and operational support to the team as needed.
• Gain exposure to sales processes and contribute to team objectives under guidance. )

PROFILE

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Business Administration, International Trade, Sales, or a related field, ideally through an apprenticeship scheme.
• Interest in technical products and industrial environments; ability to understand and work with technical information is a strong asset.
• Comfortable communicating in English (written and spoken).
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, with a professional and service-oriented mindset.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a structured way.
• Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional and international teams.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with CRM or ERP systems is an advantage but not required.
