The Company's Total Rewards package is at or above industry levels. The expected base salary range for this position is between 118,800.00 USD - 155,925.00 USD. Job related skills, experience, education, and location will be considered in setting actual starting base salary. In addition to your base salary and depending on job level, eligibility, and performance, a total package may include profit sharing, a short-term incentive and/or long-term incentives. ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Customer Supply Chain Manager, you will lead the development of supply chain strategies for customers to achieve and maintain preferred supplier status within the assigned Channels (Target). You will focus on creating efficient supply chain practices to drive growth and deliver profit objectives. You will Lead and coordinate the activities of a High Performing team focused on identifying Supply Chain insights in a way that best balances the strategic needs of SC Johnson and the customers.  You will manage 2 people and provide directions in relation to team objectives, staff development, and best practices. You will be a member of the Target cross-functional Sales Leadership team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive the development and alignment of the Supply Chain strategy via Executive engagement with SCJ and Customer S/C Leadership within the Channel.

  • Lead SCJ’s S/C representation in relevant industry boards and share groups.

  • P&L responsibility for all aspects of the Supply Chain within the Channel, directly focusing on Gross-to-Net spend and SF/OD efficiencies.

  • Deliver OTIF objectives for the Channel.

  • Optimize Route to Market and drive compliance with SCJ Terms: Bracket Pricing, Adjustable-Rate Programs.

  • Partners with the Sales Management team to execute against strategic customer development opportunities.

  • Develop and deploy analytical functions and scorecards for communication to the customer and key cross-functional areas to improve supply chain compliance and effectiveness.

  • Establish effective ways to operate by leveraging cross-functional teams within Supply Chain, Sales and Customer Fulfillment.

  • Drive the implementation of strategic SCJ initiatives within the Channel.

  • Management of Collaborative Forecasting function on teams offering the service to a customer.

  • Attract, Retain and Develop people.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or related field with 8+ years of relevant work experience.

  • Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Full time onsite role in Minneapolis, MN SC Johnson office.

  • 10%-20% of travel time expected.

  • This role is eligible for relocation assistance.

  • Flexible with meeting schedules across various time zones.

  • Remote work available once a week after 90-day onboarding period.
