Job Summary

Join Hitachi Energy Jefferson City as a Customer Success Summer Intern and gain valuable experience supporting our customers and contributing to their long-term success. This internship offers a unique opportunity to learn about customer relationship management within a global technology leader.

Job Responsibilities

* Assist the Customer Success team with various tasks, including data analysis, reporting, and customer communication support.
* Support the development and implementation of customer success strategies and initiatives.
* Help prepare materials for customer presentations, workshops, and training sessions.
* Participate in customer calls and meetings, taking notes and contributing to discussions.
* Research industry best practices and emerging trends in customer success.
* Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
* Contribute to the identification of customer needs and potential opportunities for product or service enhancement.
* Perform administrative duties as required to support the Customer Success department.

Job Qualifications

* Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
* Strong interest in technology, customer relations, and business development.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
* Prior experience in customer service or a client-facing role (e.g., retail, hospitality) is a plus.
* Ability to commit to a full-time internship during the summer months.
