Key Responsibilities

  • Support Sales Representatives by ensuring effective use of standard processes, tools, and channels

  • Coordinate contract creation and customer onboarding activities in collaboration with Customer Service

  • Support RFI/RFQ processes (Ocean and Logistics & Services), coordinating with multiple internal stakeholders

  • Manage and coordinate the tender process in partnership with the Tender Management team

  • Administer customer-specific agreements within standard governance frameworks, including approvals, non-standard routings, free time, VIP handling, commitments, and credit terms

  • Assist in issue resolution and dispute management, including case handling and escalation support

  • Review customer compliance and provide insights and recommendations to Sales Representatives

  • Drive invoice quality improvements by identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions

What we are looking for

  • Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in a similar role within the logistics or shipping industry

  • Strong understanding of tender management processes and ability to ensure compliance with established standards

  • Proactive and positive mindset, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with a results-driven approach

  • Analytical and solution-oriented, with the ability to identify issues and propose practical improvements

  • Adaptable to a fast-paced environment with changing business needs and market conditions

  • Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development
