Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Customer Success Manager to join our Global Industries team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving long-term customer retention, managing account health for enterprise-level clients, and identifying opportunities for digital solution expansion.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will:
Serve as the primary post-sales point of contact, ensuring customers achieve their desired business outcomes and realize maximum value from Iron Mountain’s solutions.
Collaborate with Global Account Managers and cross-functional teams to develop strategic account plans that drive business growth and customer loyalty.
Ensure compliance with organizational standards, data privacy regulations, and service level agreements to maintain trust and operational excellence.
What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:
5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related sales/operational field.
Strong knowledge of digital transformation solutions, including SaaS, cloud storage, and information governance.
Proven ability in strategic problem-solving and managing complex relationships within large, global enterprise organizations.
University degree in Business, Technology, or a related field; Customer Success certification (e.g., CCSM) is a plus.
