About this Opportunity

Inmar’s Summer Internship Program offers a dynamic and enriching experience designed to give students real-world exposure to a professional environment while contributing meaningfully to company initiatives. Interns will split their time between a high-impact cross-functional team project and department-specific responsibilities assigned by their direct manager.

The Customer Success Intern will support the Digital & Media Customer Success team in helping our clients achieve their goals through Inmar’s digital and media solutions. This role offers hands-on experience in customer relationship management, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration.

As a Customer Success Intern, you’ll assist in day-to-day account activities, help monitor campaign performance, and contribute to projects that drive customer satisfaction and business growth. You’ll gain exposure to marketing, analytics, and digital media and incentives while working alongside experienced professionals in a supportive, high-energy environment.

During this internship, you will:

  • Learn how Customer Success teams build strong relationships that promote client retention and satisfaction.

  • Gain practical experience with digital incentives and media, data analytics, and e-commerce operations.

  • Work closely with mentors and team members across analytics, sales, product, marketing and operations.

  • Develop communication, presentation, and analytical skills through real-world projects.

  • Experience how emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), are transforming the customer success landscape and empowering teams to deliver smarter, more personalized client solutions.

What You’ll Do

  • Support the Customer Success team in managing client relationships by helping prepare meeting materials, performance reports, and follow-up documentation.

  • Assist in coordinating campaign timelines and deliverables with cross-functional teams such as analytics, operations, and product.

  • Help analyze campaign and customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

  • Participate in internal team meetings and client calls to gain insight into customer success best practices.

  • Contribute to process improvement or research projects that enhance the customer experience or internal efficiency. 

  • Explore ways to leverage artificial intelligence (AI) and automation to improve client engagement, streamline reporting, and generate innovative insights — no prior AI expertise required, just enthusiasm for learning and experimentation.

  • Assist in documenting best practices and standard procedures for customer engagement and program execution.

  • Partner with team members to track key metrics and provide updates on customer initiatives and outcomes.
     

Your Qualifications

  • Rising junior or senior currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Interest in digital media, marketing technology, or client relationship management.

  • Excitement about the role of artificial intelligence (AI) in shaping the future of marketing, analytics, and customer experience.

  • Willingness to explore new AI tools and approaches that enhance creativity, productivity, and client impact.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.

  • Ability to collaborate within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
