About the Role: We’re looking for a highly motivated, who is eager to learn, proactive in solving problems, and excited to work closely with customers. This role is ideal for someone who has strong English communication skills and wants to build a career in customer success, data, and SaaS.
You don’t need prior experience in customer success, what matters most is your work ethic, curiosity, and willingness to take ownership.
Key Responsibilities
- Support customer onboarding and help ensure a smooth start for new clients.
- Assist in maintaining and improving internal documentation and the knowledge base.
- Respond to customer inquiries and help troubleshoot common issues.
- Learn how to work with customer data and basic SQL queries to investigate questions.
- Collaborate with the Customer Success and Engineering teams to resolve issues.
- Monitor customer feedback and help identify areas for improvement.
- Support tracking of customer health metrics and assist with renewal insights.
