A Day in Your Life at MKS:
As an Customer Success Engineer at MKS Atotech, you will partner with Internal team including Tech center, Sales, Customers, etc to execute, contribute on on-going project, technical requirements from customers. In this role, you will report to the Key account manager.
You Will Make an Impact By:
• Take a education on our products, market including customers, basic chemistry & materials
• Corporation with customers for on-going project, technical support.
• Communication with internal teams & all members.
• Travel Requirements: Up to 50 ~ 70 % of Travel is required.
Skills You Bring:
• Level of formal education (University), driving license.
• Major in chemistry or material science or relative engineering in University.
Preferred Skills: (Optional)
• 3~5 years of working experiences with similar experiences or technical field.
