Summary

As a Customer Success Engineer, you will help to ensure customer satisfaction and health, as well as strengthening the ongoing relationship with customers by providing top-quality technical services.

Customer Success Engineer is expected to ensure customer renewals and to increase sales for existing customers.

Main responsibilites include pre-sales engineering, technical project leading, field engineering, post-sales engineering.

Your Responsibilities

  • Accountability for ongoing value delivered successful implementation.

  • Customer key point of contact for all technical aspects including on-boarding, methodology consultancy and best practices.

  • Trusted advisor. Build strong and positive relationships with clients at various levels.

  • Serve as the key liaison for sales and management to ensure consistent customer satisfaction.

  • Provide status and service reports to recommend next steps to management.

  • Setup customer’s cloud environment to match their needs.

  • Travel to customer premises to ensure successful RFID’s PoC.

  • Act as the voice of customer within the company.

Your Experience, Education, and Skills

  • An Engineering Bachelor’s Degree. Ideally Telecommunications or Computer Science.

  • Knowledge of computer networks. A clear understanding of IP networks.

  • 2+ years experience in customer-facing roles in a tech company.

  • Highly interested in the Retail sector.

  • Knowledge and experience in RFID technology is highly preferred.

  • Problem-solving capacity to find customer solutions. Strong customer focus.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Fluent in English.

  • Fluent in Spanish/Catalan.

  • Willing to travel globally (10% of time).
