About the Role:

Wunderkind is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Customer Success Associate (CSA) to join our dynamic post-sale team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing while working with top eCommerce brands.

As part of a team managing a diverse portfolio, you’ll handle client requests, reporting, and data analysis. A primary function of this role is contributing to campaign execution, project management, and cross-functional collaboration to drive measurable results. This role is highly technical and requires in-depth training in our proprietary platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Analysis & Insights: Pull and analyze performance data to identify trends and opportunities. Develop custom reports based on client needs.
  • Campaign Execution: Set up and optimize marketing campaigns, including SMS, email, and onsite strategies in the back-end of the Wunderkind platform.
  • Project Management: Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Design, Engineering, Professional Services) to ensure timely and accurate execution.
  • Presentation & Strategy Support: Assist in creating data-driven presentations and reports to optimize client strategies.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders to support initiatives, troubleshoot campaign issues, and drive outcomes.
  • Product Feedback & Testing: Participate in testing new features and supporting special projects or pilot programs.

Responsibilities and Level of Effort (LOE)

Data Reporting & Analysis (40%)

  • Pull and analyze performance data from internal reporting tools (e.g., Wunderkind Analytics, Looker, Google Analytics, and Adobe Analytics) to identify trends and actionable insights. 
  • Develop and maintain custom reports tailored to client needs, ensuring accuracy and clarity in reporting.
  • Provide data-backed recommendations to optimize marketing strategies and enhance customer engagement.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure data integrity and support data-driven decision-making. 
  • Build compelling decks and presentations to effectively communicate insights and strategic recommendations to clients and stakeholders.

Campaign Ideation & Execution (30%) 

  • Facilitate the end-to-end execution of client campaigns, from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with business goals and maintaining high analytical standards.
  • Collaborate with Professional Services, Product, and Analytics teams to deploy campaigns, troubleshoot issues, and implement optimizations for maximum impact.
  • Monitor platform performance and client KPIs, proactively identifying risks and opportunities for improvement.
  • Maintain detailed client documentation, including performance reports, action plans, and feedback summaries

Project Management (30%)

  • Assist with maintaining project timelines, ensuring all deliverables are met on schedule.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Design,Engineering, and Professional Services, to manage project workflows efficiently.
  • Identify potential roadblocks and proactively develop solutions to mitigate risks.
  • Track progress against milestones, adjusting plans and timelines as necessary to accommodate evolving priorities.
  • Ensure clear and effective communication between all stakeholders, facilitating regular check-ins and updates.
  • Manage documentation and reporting related to project execution and performance

  • Analytical mindset: Comfortable working with data, pulling reports, and drawing logical conclusions.
  • Curious & eager to learn: Excited to build expertise in digital marketing, data analysis, and campaign execution.
  • Technical: Familiarity with marketing software, analytics tools, and digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, email/SMS marketing tools) is a plus.
  • Strong communicator: Ability to convey insights clearly through written and verbal communication, including presentations and reports

Required Qualifications:

  • 0-2 years of experience or previous internship in Marketing, Client Services, or a related field.
  • Experience with eCommerce, email marketing, or website analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker) is preferred but not required.
  • Bachelor's degree minimum, preferably in a related area.
