So, what’s the role all about?

NiCE is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Success Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving successful adoption of NiCE solutions.

How will you make an impact?

  • Driving Customer Adoption, ensure customers fully understand and utilize NiCE offered cloud service to achieve their business goals. Coordinate onboarding sessions and provide training resources.
  • Increasing Customer Satisfaction, maintain high Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) ratings.
  • Reduce Churn, identify at-risk accounts early and initiate retention strategies. Monitor usage metrics and proactively address issues.
  • Expand Account Value, collaborate with sales teams to drive renewals and expansions.
  • Provide Insights & Feedback, gather customer feedback to inform product improvements. Share best practices and success stories internally and externally.
  • Provide regular business reviews and performance reports.

How will you make an impact?

  • 2–4 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related customer-facing role.
  • Basic understanding of cloud services and SaaS-based solutions.
  • Strong customer satisfaction and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Experience in compliance-focused environments is good to have.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
