岗位职责:

  • 为企业级客户提供卓越和专业的服务
  • 需通过ITSM工具详细记录客户信息,包括:客户电话、电子邮件、Web表单、与客户沟通的详细内容
  • 为客户提供端到端服务,需定期向客户更新case处理进度
  • 使用标准操作流程和知识体系及远程桌面工具针对案例进行故障排查、诊断和解决
  • 严格遵守与客户签署的许可和要求,保护客户机密信息和敏感资料
  • 了解并熟悉ITIL流程管理:事件管理、问题管理、配置管理、变更管理和发布管理
  • 按照升级流程的要求,将当前无法解决的问题正确地升级至相应部门或组织

职位要求:

  • 计算机相关学历或2年以上IT相关领域工作经验
  • 具有较强的客户服务意识
  • 拥有成长性思维和自主分析解决问题的能力
  • 良好及专业的电话和邮件沟通能力
  • 能够适应不断变化的流程和对应的规章制度,快速融入工作环境
  • 能够应对客户的复杂问题,并保证高峰期间电话接起率
  • 可以接受灵活的工作时间安排(7x13早上 8 点- 晚上 9 点 需要倒班)
  • 有相关呼叫中心工作经验者优先
  • 优先考虑拥有下列的一项或多项认证的候选人

思科认证网络工程师(CCNA) 微软认证系统管理员(MCSA) 微软认证系统工程师(MCSE) IT基础架构认证 (ITIL)
