Description
- Act as the first and primary point of contact for all customers, clients, and guests.
- Provide accurate and timely information regarding processes, logistics, and general inquiries.
- Ensure a positive and consistent in-house customer experience.
- Manage daily customer service operations, including training center experience and reception-related tasks.
- Monitor service delivery standards and ensure customer service expectations are consistently met or exceeded.
Minimum Qualifications
- Vocational, technical, or associate-level education in administrative, business, or related fields.
- 0–3 years of relevant work experience in customer service, reception, or administrative roles.
- Ability to handle moderately complex assignments with limited supervision.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with a professional and positive attitude.
- Ability to work on-site.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles within training centers, offices, or service environments.
- Familiarity with front-desk operations or customer service processes.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
