VicRoads is progressing too. In August 2022, we started on a new chapter when the Victorian State Government partnered with Aware Super, Australian Retirement Trust, and Macquarie Asset Management to operate registration and licensing services on its behalf.

We work collaboratively with the Victorian State Government to ensure we fulfill regulatory requirements, deliver State projects and safeguard customer data. The Victorian State Government retains sole responsibility for road access, infrastructure and safety.

Salary: $64,066 – 72,791 plus super
Tenure: Full-time/ permanent
Location: Melbourne CBD

About the role:

As a Customer Service Support Consultant, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth processing of registration and licensing transactions. You’ll handle a variety of tasks including registration transfers, fleet management, exemption applications, and club permit applications.

This role involves responding to customer enquiries, investigating and resolving issues, and ensuring compliance with legislative requirements and business rules. You’ll work collaboratively within a team to enhance service delivery and maintain data integrity.

About the job:

Reporting to the Customer Service Support Team Leader, you will:

  • Process a range of registration and licensing transactions accurately and efficiently.

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries across multiple channels.

  • Investigate and resolve issues while ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and business rules.

  • Contribute to process improvements and support innovation within the team.
