We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist with Italian to join our team in Sofia, with a focus on delivering high-quality customer service and supporting business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and update customer records (pharmacies and intermediate channel), including creation and modification of data;
Process requests via the ticketing system, ensuring timely response and resolution;
Enter orders for the intermediate channel, where required;
Coordinate with logistics partners on order modifications, cancellations, and deliveries for pharmacies and the intermediate channel;
Support order delivery processes;
Manage returns and NC/ND activities;
Provide ad hoc support to the Sales Network;
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Logistics to ensure an integrated customer experience;
Share customer feedback internally to support continuous improvement and efficiency;
Manage stamp reporting through SAP in coordination with logistics partners and relevant authorities;
Act as a backup for other customer service activities, as needed;
Serve as a point of contact for external partners in tender management;
Coordinate with Supply, Retail, and Demand teams to ensure product availability aligned with tender requirements.
Required Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience;
Fluency in Italian and excellent command of English (written and spoken);
Strong customer orientation and problem-solving skills;
Good communication and organizational abilities;
Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities;
Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and SAP.
