We are now seeking a Customer Service Specialist to help us further building the future of food. You will be based in Barcelona, Spain and report to the Customer Service Team Lead.
In this role you will have the opportunity to work to ensure the process of order management from receipt to invoicing.
What you will do :
Handle customer orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery with excellent service
Ensure a fluent Order to Cash process, deaingl with orders from its reception to its invoicing, including credits and debits when necessary.
Coordinate information flow between internal and customers, supplying the information needed to maintain and improve the Service Level.
Be a link between customer and planning
Create and handle Non Conformances (customer claims) and make sure the answer to the customer is sent complete and on-time.
Closely collaborate and support other relevant Paulig teams like logistics, planning, finance, sales...
Handle stock and update OOS (Out Of Stock) for an accureate stocks level information.
Continuously develop the processes and way of working to increase efficiency
What we expect from you:
You would be a great fit if your background and experience would look like this
Experience in customer service and logistics
Advanced level Office knowledge
Fluency in English on a professional level, both oral and written, any other language is a plus
We appreciate
Service mindset, proactive, ability work in teams, flexibility, and resilience to change
Experience in Microsoft AX and Sales Force CRM is considered as advantage
